PRODUCT NOTES:
Finest Crystal: The glasses are very light, perfectly balanced and of a quality that can only be achieved by mouth blowing. The rim of the wine glass is particularly fine to minimise the amount of glass that comes between the wine and the palate, significantly enhancing the drinking experience.
Mouth-blown: The master craftspeople who meticulously hand-make each piece in the collection is some of the most skilled glass blowers in the world and their expertise is demonstrated in the refinement and technical perfection of each piece.
Lead-free: The lead-free glass used to create the collection ensures that each piece is light, ultra-fine and durable against clouding.
Perfect Pour: a 125ml pour comes to the widest point of the bowl, maximising the release of the all-important aromas.
Simplicity: Un-clutter cupboards, cabinets and shelves as every wine drinker can enjoy wine at its absolute best from one perfectly designed glass.
Dishwasher Safe: Everyday glasses require simple cleaning solutions, so the Wine Glass has been designed to fit any standard dishwasher and its sturdy stem minimises the likelihood of breakages. Please note, like all glassware, these need to be packed correctly into the glassware section of your dishwasher.
If you prefer to wash by hand, we recommend you fill the glass or decanter with hot soapy water and leave to soak. Following that rinse thoroughly with hot water, and any residue should be removed with a damp dish cloth. You should avoid trying to wash the inside of the glasses with a brush, sponge or by putting your hand inside. Be careful not to let these pieces touch hard kitchen surfaces such as the tap, bench top or other areas that could cause chips in the glass or even breakages.
DELIVERY:
We have a stock in our Sydney warehouse of the Jancis Robinson Collection, and we take 1-3 business days to ship out orders.
CLICK & COLLECT:
We are offering Click and Collect on the Jancis Robinson x Richard Brendon Collection from our Design Studio in St Peters located at Suite 2.11D, 75 Mary Street, St Peters, 2044. Once the order is placed we will arrange a time for collection.
We will send you tracking, so you can watch its journey to you.

RETURNS:
Each piece is handmade, making it unique and these slight variations from piece to piece are all part of their beauty and not considered a fault.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@thingsbyAitch.com with your order number and a short description of the fault that was delivered to you, we will happily help.
