Shipping policy

We work with several trusted couriers for shipping within Australia. As the weights can vary between orders, we choose the ideal carrier to get your order to you as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. 

We are taking things slowly, so we are currently only offering shipping within Australia.

If you live outside of Australia and would like to purchase our pieces, please email hello@thingsbyaitch.com so we can source a freight quote for you.

Orders are sent out Monday to Thursday. Please note, orders placed after midday on Thursday will be sent out on Monday.
